Before yesterday, I had never cooked bacon! But since I am now on a low-carb diet, I figured it's one of the best breakfast options. I googled to see what the best way is to cook bacon and was suprised to find that many sites recommended cooking it in the oven. I tried it and the first time I cooked it too long and there was practically nothing left of it. The second time I cooked them 15 minutes on 200 C and they were simply perfect, as you can see in the photo. And what's more, they were delicious. I had no idea that I actually love bacon.
