I spent two years in China and I sometimes like to cook the Chinese way. This is my low-carb version of a Chinese dinner: chicken, broccoli and egg & tomato. I was a vegetarian when I lived in China and broccoli with garlic and egg & tomato were some of my mainstays when eating out.
