It was my birthday on Sunday and we decided to have brunch at home: oatmeal with banana (a recipe I learnt in Goa), Finnish Runeberg's pastries and real French champagne (a gift from my cousin). Yummy!

Traditional Indian outfits
July is wearing a saree and her mom is wearing some sort of tribal outfit. They are from Karnataka state, but I don't know where exactly. July works in this little shop at Palolem Beach, Goa.
Benaulim
The beach seems infinite in Benaulim, Goa. In fact, it's over 10 km long. And it's so flat that you can ride a bicycle there.
Leaving India
I worked in Bangalore, India for 6 months in 2010. This is the luggage I left with....so yes, I did a "bit" of shopping while in India. And note that this was only my luggage, my husband had his own in addition to these.
