Today I tried something I've never done before: I picked dandelion leaves from our backyard and used them in my salad. This salad was the most delicious salad I've eaten in a long time - eventhough I eat salad nearly every day. I baked the bread today as well. I dipped pieces of the bread in the same salad dressing I used for the salad.

On the Beach
This was Christmas Eve, 2011. This is exactly how I like to spend Christmas: on the beach in my bare feet. We had amazing fresh fish and Sula Brut sparking wine (India's finest).

Toes in the Sand
It's been really cold in the Czech Republic so far this spring, so I'm really waiting for the summer.
