I read in the book "Stitch 'n bitch" that knitting is the new yoga. Here I am doing a bit of both.

I love this painting by Henri Matisse. The girl's outift looks somewhat Indian - she's wearing something resembling harem pants - or Ali Baba pants as they call them in Goa. I do miss Goa so...we stayed there 2 months last time and I am now dreaming of going there for a year. I just watched the Indian movie "Monsoon Wedding" so maybe that's why I am missing India so much...

I am proud to say that my tracksuit was from a sample sale - i.e. I can at least sometimes fit into sample sizes again now. The pants and jacket are from Luhta (a great Finnish sportswear line), the shoes are Reebox Easytone and the baseball cap was bought years ago from Orlando, Florida. It says "Orlando" on the front.

This little gentleman is all dressed up for Easter. This is something you would never see in Finland - we just don't like to spend a lot of money on kids' clothes since they grow so quickly - we are very practical about it. But he certainly looks adorable!
